Building Maintenance

No need for unsightly and expensive scaffolding, with either our cherry pickers or fully trained abseil roofers we can be in and out of your premises in no time at all. All work at height is photographed along with a report of the work undertaken.
Gutter Maintenance
It’s important to look after your gutters and our abseil and platform teams are more than capable of keeping them clean. We use only the latest products which are designed to provide long-term solutions to leaking gutters such as Giromax and Belzona Polymerics.
High Level Window Cleaning
We have access equipment that can fit through a small doorway and reach heights of 18m or our truck mounts for higher work up to 31m. This is a cost efficient and effective way of working at height and extremely safe. All our operatives are fully trained in MEWPS and hold IPAF qualifications.
Platform Hire
We have our own range of truck mounted platforms and tracked cherry pickers up to 31m ready for hire in Leeds, Bradford and throughout Yorkshire.
